Derrick was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He explained all off the equipment to me and the options I had for each one. I didn’t have the correct wiring for one of the options but gave me alternatives without me having to spend extra. He was polite when entering my home and needing to see each window and helped me understand the difference between the sensors. Setting up the installation was easy and they were able to be there the next business day. His pride in his work is undoubting. I would recommend this service for any home owner, the price is worth the piece of mind. The service along with the customer service is amazing. The technician who installed it showed up on time and was very polite. He installed everything and showed me how to use all of these new exciting additions to my home. He cleaned the areas he was in and was very quick. He was done within a couple hours and was very friendly. Thank you to both my sales agent and technician for helping keep my family safe.
